ZooQ is seeking an ambitious sales manager with the ability to launch ZooQ by establishing a fit between customer needs and ZooQ's capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to discover needs and key selling points and feed customer requirements to the engineering team.
- Promote ZooQ as a free service through public speaking.
- Close first enterprise customer sales.
- Identify and close partnership opportunities.
- Design sales and partner strategy.
- Brainstorm with the executive team to develop strategies to solve problems and pursue opportunities.
- Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to meet challenges and pursue opportunities.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in business or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in direct sales and communications.
- In-depth experience launching new web companies.
- Previous early stage startup experience highly desired.
